Connecting to Home Visiting Services

Home visiting programs are available at NO COST for ALL Bernalillo County and surrounding area families with children from prenatal to age 5.

We connect you to services from pregnancy to early childhood, fathers, mothers, young families, grandparents raising grandchildren, and caregivers.

  • The Rock: 2400 2nd Street NW
  • St. Francis (Francis House): 8016 Zuni Road SE, Suite A
At cooling centers, visitors can find water, sunscreen and air-conditioned relief. Those who need a ride to a cooling center can call the Community Support Shuttle from the NM Veterans Integration Center at 505-569- 3530.

At Bernalillo County Home Visiting Work Group, we’re here to support parents and families every step of the way. Our dedicated team offers free home visiting services, tailored to meet the needs of parents and children from prenatal to 5 years old. We understand that parenting can be both rewarding and challenging, and we’re committed to providing you with the guidance and resources you need for a strong and healthy start. Our Steering Committee

The Steering Committee meets bi-weekly each month from 9 am-10 am. Discussions are held on topics such as; future outreach opportunities, professional development, events, and activities through Bernalillo County and in New Mexico.
