Why is this conversation important?
We believe every child deserves a strong financial foundation and access to opportunities that allow them to thrive. Yet too often, where a child is born, their family’s financial circumstances, and the resources available to them shape their economic future long before they reach adulthood.
Baby Bonds offer an opportunity to begin changing that reality by creating a financial foundation that can help future generations build greater stability and access new opportunities.
At PCA, we’re working alongside families, community organizations, and state leaders to advance this policy and make Baby Bonds a reality in New Mexico.
