2026 CABQ August School Supply Drive

The City of Albuquerque is excited to kick off the annual APS School Supply Drive today. Via the One Albuquerque Fund donation site, the City will again collect monetary donations for the drive August 6 – August 27, 2026 in order to reach the City’s goal of raising $3000.

Of over 65,000 students enrolled in APS, 80% qualify for free or reduced-price meals, and many of these families also need help providing schools supplies for their children.

Please share the above donation link with anyone interested in participating. ALL funds collected are sent to the APS Foundation to purchase supplies for the APS Community Clothing Bank & Supply Barn. Donations enable teachers and counselors to request exact items needed for their students and have them delivered the same day. They also support an annual Teacher School Supply Open House where teachers can fill up a bag of supplies at no cost.

• ABQ Museum & The Balloon Museum
• CABQ Libraries
