The PEACE Group offers free, VIRTUAL, evidence-based information about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The sessions are designed to help

parents and caregivers better understand autism and learn about available supports.

What is Autism?
Learn what Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is, the common signs of autism, and how doctors and specialists diagnose it.

Session 2 – Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (Noon-1:30 PM)

Interventions in Autism
Learn about different types of treatments, therapies, and supports that research has shown to be helpful. These supports may be provided at school,

in healthcare settings, or in the community.

Session 3 – Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (Noon-1:30 PM)

Supportive Strategies
Learn simple, practical ways to support behavior, communication, and sensory needs at home, at school, and in everyday life.

Session 4 – Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (Noon-1:30 PM)

Next Steps
Learn about services, resources, and supports that are available from childhood through adulthood to help individuals with ASD and their families.
