YHSI Community Partner and Youth Gathering

Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement (YHSI) Project, in partnership with the Office of Housing and the Department of Workforce Solutions, brings partners together to implement statewide improvements to our youth homelessness response system.

The gathering will include:

• Presentations from youth lived experience experts on the findings from our youth homelessness focus groups and their recommendations for improving our state’s youth homelessness response system.
• The Center of Excellence in Social Work will present on how your organization can pilot its new youth intake assessment tool
• SBS Evaluation and Program Development Specialists will lead a focus group to inform their recommendations to the state legislature
• Native American Community Academy will provide an overview of YHSI and their work with Tribal Nations
• Centro Savila will present advocacy partnership opportunities for organizations and youth
