  • Breastfeeding techniques and formula prep

  • When and how to introduce solid foods

  • Understanding early milestones—rolling, crawling, talking, etc.

  • Creating daily routines that help children feel secure

  • Building strong attachment and communication

  • Managing sleep struggles and toddler behaviors

  • Childproofing and home safety basics

Why It Matters

The first five years are critical to a child’s brain development. During this time, consistent care, healthy routines, and early learning opportunities shape how children grow, think, and relate to others.

Families who receive early support are more likely to:

  • Recognize developmental delays early

  • Set up healthy daily routines

  • Reduce stress and improve parent-child bonding

  • Avoid preventable safety issues

  • Access local resources before problems get bigger

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Many families reach out for extra support, clarity, or just reassurance that they’re on the right track.
