Hayes Health Fair and Curriculum Night

This event brings together students, families, and community organizations to promote health, wellness, and educational resources. Your organization is invited to participate by hosting a table and sharing information and services with the school community. This is also an excellent opportunity to connect with families and network with local organizations. Food will be available for purchase, and a vaccine clinic will be on site.

Event Details:

• No cost to participate

• Sales and money collection are not permitted; however, you may collect contact information for follow-up purposes

• A table and designated space will be provided

• Setup begins at 3:15 PM

• Door prize donations are welcomed to support the event
