The Science and the Art of Trauma-Informed Services is a three-hour online training offering an integrated understanding of trauma-informed care. Grounded in SAMHSA’s TIP 57, participants will explore the neurobiological, developmental, and health impacts of trauma, connections to substance use and mental health, and practical strategies to enhance safety, avoid re-traumatization, and support healing. Creative and experiential approaches to trauma recovery will also be introduced.
